Healthy Biscuit

Campur:
225 tpung wholewheat/Atta (atau campuran 100 g tp terigu protein rendah cap Kunci + 125 g rolled oats/quick cooking oats diblender halus),
1/4 sdt garam,
1/4 sdt soda kue.
Tambahkan 75 ml minyak goreng, aduk dg jari sp adonan spt beras.
Tambah 45 ml madu alam (raw honey), 1 kuning telur, 2-3 sdm susu kdelai tawar/air.
Gilas, potong bundar.
 Tusuk2 dg garpu, taburi wijen. Panggang dlm oven.
