Sroto (Sop Khas Makasar)

Rebus ayam kampung, air, daun salam, lengkuas, garam.
Saring kaldu.
Goreng ayam, suir2.
Haluskan bw putih, kmiri, merica, jahe, garam; tumis.
Didihkan kaldu, tambah bumbu tumis & air jeruk lemon.

Sambal: haluskan cabe rawit rebus, kcang tanah goreng, kcap manis.

Taruh taoge, soun, telur rbus, ayam dlm mangkuk, tuangi kuah;
Taburi kacang tanah goreng, bw goreng, daun seledri, klapa parut sangrai dihaluskan, sambal.
